Videos have the same safety issues as books; it is left to the student to make the call on what is safe and not. If you want to test this, try to follow along with the teacher by listening alone. To add another layer, you might have to read several books at once. If a book tells you to externally rotate your right leg or talks about a Sanskrit word, you may need another book to tell you what that means.
